Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase or want to return goods. Please email us at sales@cardboardboxesdirect.co.uk prior to returning your goods to obtain a returns authorisation number. Goods returned without a returns number will not be refunded. For your protection Cardboard Boxes recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.

Please allow 2-3 days for your package to reach us. We aim to attend to all returns within 24 hours. On receipt of the goods we will issue a credit, exchange or refund for the total amount of the goods subject to the goods being returned in an unspoilt, saleable condition.

Cardboard Boxes reserve the right to refuse any orders that it deems suspicious and that may lead to Credit Card fraud.
